We are currently seeking an ambitious and motivated individual to join our team as an Intern in Business Operations. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the operational success of our agency. You will work closely with our experienced team members, assisting in various business operations tasks and projects.
- Collaborate with the business operations team to support day-to-day agency operations.
- Assist in the coordination and management of talent bookings, including model contracts, travel arrangements, and schedule coordination.
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, market opportunities, and competitive intelligence.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date client and talent databases.
- Contribute to the creation and improvement of operational processes and workflows.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, document preparation, and data entry.
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Business Administration, Management, Marketing, audiovisual communication or a related field).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. English, more languages is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premier is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

- Passion for the modeling and production industry.
- Knowledge in photography and filming is a plus
